Where in Costa Rica do you offer photography sessions?
We photograph throughout Guanacaste, including Peninsula Papagayo, Playa Conchal, Flamingo, Tamarindo, Las Catalinas, Hacienda Pinilla, Playa Hermosa, Playa Panamá, and surrounding areas. We also work at resorts, private villas, vacation rentals, and beaches throughout the region.
What happens after we book our photography session?
Once your session is confirmed, we’ll help you with the details, including location, timing, and recommendations for the best light. Our goal is to keep the process simple so that when the day arrives, you can relax, enjoy your time together, and let us take care of the photographs.
How far in advance should we book our Costa Rica photography session?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you know your travel dates, especially during Costa Rica’s busy season and holiday periods. Last-minute sessions may be possible depending on availability, so it’s always worth getting in touch.
When will we receive our photos?
Your professionally edited photographs will be delivered one week after the session through a private online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share your images.
Terms & Conditions
- Four (4) team photographers available based upon availability.
- Date selected based upon availability of guest and photographer.
- For family sessions, photographer will work on any requested combinations for group shots.
- Client can always request to extend the duration of the session for an extra cost.
- Booking is confirmed once the booking form is completed, signed, and the 50% retainer has been received. The remaining 50% can be paid anytime before the session, or on the day of the session at the latest.
